134U is holding a contest…

The personal blog 134U.com is hosting a giveaway for $100 on December 14 and all you have to do is write a simple review of her weblog. Talk about an easy contest! The website is a blog about the author’s personal life, but it also includes handy websites and interesting information regarding blogging and ad revenues. She seems nice enough as a writer (you can see a little about her in her ‘About’ Section) and seems to enjoy teaching people about her home country of Romania :)  I studied Russian for 3.5 years in college, so I gotta admit I feel a little closer with our slavic past :)

Online Presence Contest

Online Presence is running a contest for $100. Their site aims to help you increase your blog’s success and maximize your ad revenue in the process. The website itself is clean and the articles are actually worth reading.  It’s not a bad idea to start your own (serious) blog these days, as I have a close friend who was able to finally quit her day job because the revenue from blogging was more than her salary.
